If ‘£5,000 out of every deal after all fees are paid’ is the answer you’ll have to generate your own leads, negotiate the deal, view, select solicitors, brokers, bridgers and manage the completion yourself. There are deals like that out there but far fewer of them, as many vendors simply don’t have the equity to trade and there is a lot of competition in today’s market.

Where do everyone’s preferences lie? Do you guys have an appetite principally for 2nd hand stock or are new builds considered, rent backs, houses / apartments, residential or is there an interest in commercial? Area wise, are there many of you looking to buy in Scotland, is the North of England as popular as ever, along with Greater London. What do you want and where do you want it?
